Hi,

It is not possible to have an asset that is just a web link, however a workaround may be to create a PDF file that contains a URL (or multiple URLs) and then upload that to the system. So the asset would be a PDF and would contain a URL, the record would look something like this and when the PDF is opened the user can click through to the address:
