Folder-level Description

What happens to folder-level description? I had hoped that it would be viewable in the card view on the home page. But I have nothing there except the title of the folder. 


If it isn't viewable at the folder level, why put any description there at all?

Yes valid point, however the folder description does appear in the public portal to content set to Public, see example below so it can be used to provide additional information about what the folder contains.
